On 10/27/14, officers with the Benton Police Department met with a victim in reference to a possible violation of an order of protection. The victim reported the suspect, identified as Timothy Kevin Long (41 YOA) of Mayflower, had violated the terms of an order of protection.

On 11/4/14, at approximately 6:53 AM, officers with the Benton Police Department responded to a disturbance call at 1005 W. South Street. Upon their arrival, they made contact with the victim in the case who reported that she had been assaulted.
