SUSPECT CHARGED AFTER VEHICLE LANDS ON ROOF OF LOCAL BUSINESS
On 11/25/15, at approximately 7:57 AM, officers with the Benton Police Department responded to the area of Military Road near the I-30 overpass on report of a reckless vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed. Prior to their arrival, information was received that a vehicle had left the roadway on Hwy 5 N.

TWO CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER IN RECENT CHILD SHOOTING INVESTIGATION
Two suspects have been arrested in relation to a recent shooting investigation involving a two year old child. The suspects are identified as Tabitha Ashley (23 YOA) and Phillip Ashley (27 YOA), both of Benton.
